The rooms had a nice layout. We got a corner room. It is not your typical hotel room layout that when you enter, the bathroom door is what you see. It is spacious and the bathroom also has a lot of space for toiletries. The location was great! There is a nice Japanese restaurant across the hotel. CocoPark Mall was only 2 blocks away as well. Breakfast was also good. There were many choices. The restaurant staff did not mind preparing steamed white rice for my family since only Fried Rice was served at the buffet. Ms. Gina was so welcoming and accommodating during our check-in. And Mr. Peter of Concierge was also very accommodating and helpful! 1 package did not arrive on-time. He coordinated with the courier to re-route the shipment to our tour guide's address. Also, I left my office notebook in the hotel and realized it DAYS after check out. A quick WeChat message to him and he immediately replied and found my notebook with Housekeeping. It is now also enroute to our Tour Guide's address. I highly recommend this hotel. 😊

I love the location and the playroom of the hotel. We took the shopping park exist B to reach the hotel. Futian station is too bug and confusing. The hotel staff is very friendly. Ethan didn't question f I spoke Chinese or not, just reply to me in English when I asked about wifi connection. And Alice helped with locating the convenience stores just across the street. The playroom is great. It's not very big but good enough to play for a awhile.

Premium King Room was excellent value, excellent bedding, very clean and modern. We didnt use the executive floor due to time constraints, view was superb. Breakfast excellent. Great location with the Coco Shopping mall very close by within easy walking distance. Superb Japanese BBQ restaurant to left of hotel by the traffic lights upstairs.. def worth a visit if you like Japanese and cold beer :)

Location of the hotel is really downtown and you access the city within minutes. The hotel is large. My room was at the executive floor, not expected. The room was lovely with a large bed and a large well equipped bathroom. Nice soft floor carpet. Great view over the largest tower in Shenzhen. Super breakfast choice.
